Keeping the internal pH balanced is the most

order to keep well, our body temperature needs to be
maintained at 98.6. If we have a high temperature,
it is usually a sign of the body trying to eliminate
excess acidity.
It is essential that our internal pH also needs to
be balanced at 7.365.
All the Acidic foods mentioned above in "Acidity
Alert" are on the scale of 2.8 - 6. When we eat too
much acidic type foods the body cannot cope with the
elimination process. The toxins begin to build up as
stored acids in the organs, tissues and body fat. We
begin to feel sluggish and develop symptoms of
dis-ease.
It takes 20 parts alkaline to neutralise 1 part
acid. So after drinking 1 cup of coffee, it would
take 20 cups of SuperGreens to neutralise the

Can you see how easy it is to become too acidic?
The body will do all it can to maintain the pH of
our blood, by borrowing alkaline reserves from a

Excess Acidity weakens the body
So what happens when we get too acidic?
