Keeping the internal pH balanced is the most important key to maintaining optimum health.  In order to keep well, our body temperature needs to be maintained at 98.6. If we have a high temperature, it is usually a sign of the body trying to eliminate excess acidity. 
 
It is essential that our internal pH also needs to be balanced at 7.365.
 
All the Acidic foods mentioned above in "Acidity Alert" are on the scale of 2.8 - 6.  When we eat too much acidic type foods the body cannot cope with the elimination process. The toxins begin to build up as stored acids in the organs, tissues and body fat. We begin to feel sluggish and develop symptoms of dis-ease.
 
It takes 20 parts alkaline to neutralise 1 part acid. So after drinking 1 cup of coffee, it would take 20 cups of SuperGreens to neutralise the acidity from that 1 cup of coffee!
 
Can you see how easy it is to become too acidic?
 
The body will do all it can to maintain the pH of our blood, by borrowing alkaline reserves from a limited supply elsewhere.  Our bone has a pH of 10-12 so the body will steal these reserves from the bone to balance out the acids.
 
Hence weaker bones.  And N0, you don't make your bones stronger by eating dairy!!!
 
Dairy is ACIDIC!  You need to eat more Greens to keep the bones strong.  Just look at how strong a  gorilla is and how much Green foliage they eat on a daily basis. If you want to eat more Greens make fresh vegetable blended smoothies  with an added teaspoon of SuperGreens and pH drops.
 
We are the only animals on the planet that keep eating dairy after we have been weaned.  It's just not natural!

Excess Acidity weakens the body
 
So what happens when we get too acidic? 
 
Acid settles in the weakest parts of the body.  It is generally when we feel pain that there is excess acidity.   You cannot have pain without acidity. The only way to eliminate pain is to eliminate the acidity.... by alkalising your diet and drinking alkalising fluids...
 
Excess acidity creates our cells to ferment quicker, just like a compost heap! It is our red blood cells that carry nutrients and oxygen throughout our body.  It is our red blood cells that regenerate our internal organs, muscle bones and skin.  It is healthy red blood cells that keep us young.
 
It is only by keeping your inner environment clean, that your red blood cells stay balanced. It's all about keeping the environment around the red blood cells cleansed. Your Blood is "Your  River of Life" and your mouth is upstream. By cleaning your internal river (the plasma), the red blood cells will flourish and land around (your body) will be energised!.... just as in nature.
